Outreach email drafter
One pitch.
One recipient. The brief changes per outlet.
Paste the recipient’s name, the outlet, the outlet type — blog, venue, promoter, or playlist curator — and your artist profile. SoundPilot drafts a cold-pitch email that opens with a detail about the recipient instead of the artist, with a subject line, greeting, body, sign-off, and a follow-up timeline you can act on the same day.
How it runs
- 1The form lives in its own client island and posts to /api/outreach with the recipient, outlet, and artist brief.
- 2The server drafts the email via the Polsia AI proxy (or a deterministic stub per outlet type on day-0), each line sized for the recipient.
- 3The card renders the email — Send now dispatches it via the app, the mailto: shortcut opens your client, and Copy email drops the full pitch on your clipboard. The pill in the corner keeps you honest about the source.
Once you submit, one outreach email renders here.
The card mirrors a real inbox preview — a subject line sized for the recipient, a personalised greeting, a body tuned to the outlet type (blog angle, venue lineup-fit, promoter positioning, or playlist curator fit), a one-line sign-off, and a follow-up timeline for the silent-reply case. Copy to clipboard or open the mailto: shortcut on the same card; the pill in the corner tells you whether the draft came from the live model or the day-0 stub.
